区别主要是国际生宿舍比寄宿家庭费用要贵些。

来自官网，学校不负责安置，可以和家人住，可以和亲戚住，也可以找机构安置寄宿家庭：Some of Ranney’s international students live with their own extended family or relatives, but many others are housed through home-stay programs. Ranney School is an independent, day school. We do not offering boarding on our campus or coordinate homestay/hosting for students.。
